Feedback and Rating Management Rules
In force from 17 July 2026.
We want NANO GO reviews to help people choose the right product. That is why we publish both positive and critical opinions, clearly mark reviews linked to a nanogo.lt order, and do not change the rating given or the opinion expressed by the author.
These feedback and rating management rules (hereinafter – the Rules) explain how reviews and product ratings are collected, verified, moderated, published and removed in the online store nanogo.lt.

2. How are reviews and ratings collected?
2.1. Reviews and ratings may be submitted on the product page, using the review form on the Website, or via an invitation sent by the Company to rate a purchased product.
2.2. An invitation to submit a review may be sent after the purchase of a product, when we have valid consent or when the conditions for communicating with existing customers established in the legal acts are met. Each such email provides an easy option to unsubscribe from further similar messages.
2.3. NANO GO does not buy, order or encourage false reviews. Opinions of employees, suppliers, partners or other persons with a commercial interest may not be presented as reviews of independent buyers.
2.4. If a review is submitted in return for a fee, gift, discount, a product received free of charge or another benefit, it is clearly indicated what incentive was provided. The incentive may not depend on whether the review is positive, neutral or negative.
3. How do we verify the authenticity of reviews?
3.1. We assign the “Verified Purchase” label only when a review can be reliably linked to a specific nanogo.lt order and the evaluated product.
3.2. When verifying, we may compare the review submitter’s email address, order number, account, purchased product, or use an individual link sent after the purchase. We do not publicly disclose the order number, email address or other non-public order data.
3.3. Having established a reliable link with an order, we show the “Verified Purchase” label next to the review, or another label of clearly the same meaning.
3.4. If a link with a nanogo.lt order cannot be confirmed, the review may be published as unverified. We do not claim that all reviews published on the Website are submitted by verified buyers – this is indicated only by the label shown next to a specific review.
3.5. If there are reasonable doubts about the authenticity of a review, we may request additional information needed to confirm the purchase or the actual use of the product. If the information is insufficient, the review is not marked as a verified purchase. We refrain from publishing it only when reasonable indications remain that the review is fictitious, misleading or otherwise breaches these Rules.
4. Which reviews are published?
4.1. Positive, neutral and negative reviews are all published, provided they comply with these Rules. A negative evaluation is not in itself a ground for not publishing or removing a review.
4.2. A review must relate to a specific product, its use, characteristics or quality. Experience related to the order or delivery may be mentioned, but it should not misleadingly replace the evaluation of the product itself.
4.3. A review may be temporarily withheld for moderation. The duration of moderation depends on the content of the review, possible purchase verification and the need for additional information.
4.4. The Company may refrain from publishing or remove a review if it:
- is false, fictitious, automatically generated, repeatedly submitted or misleadingly presented as another person’s opinion, where reasonable indications confirm this;
- is unrelated to the evaluated product or the purchase experience related to it;
- is advertising, spam, promotional content for other products or sellers, or contains external links unrelated to the review;
- contains obscene, insulting, degrading, threatening, discriminatory or hate-inciting statements;
- encourages unlawful, dangerous or clearly unsafe use incompatible with the product’s safety;
- discloses another person’s name, surname, email address, phone number, address, order number, payment details or other excessive personal data;
- infringes copyright, trademark rights, trade secrets or other rights of third parties;
- contains unfounded accusations of criminal activity, defamatory statements or other potentially unlawful content;
- was submitted by a person with an undisclosed commercial, employment, supply or other conflict of interest;
- breaches these Rules or the applicable legal acts.
4.5. Noticed a product safety, quality or order problem? Write to us – we will help resolve it. We may additionally verify the problem described in the review and contact the author, but the mere submission of a review does not replace the complaint procedure described in the Rules for Buying and Selling Goods.
5. Do we change the content of reviews?
5.1. The Company does not change the number of stars, the substance, the opinion expressed or its direction of a review.
5.2. If a review contains excessive personal data, unlawful content or another small, clearly separable part, we may hide or remove it without changing the meaning of the rest of the review. Where useful for transparency, we note that part of the text has been removed. If a change could affect the substance of the review, we ask the author to provide corrected text, or we do not publish the review.
5.3. Obvious technical formatting errors may be corrected only to the extent that this does not change the meaning of the text. Substantive editorial changes are not made without the author’s consent.
5.4. If a review is translated into another language, the translation must preserve the original meaning and may be marked as a translation.
6. How is the rating calculated and displayed?
6.1. The overall rating shown on the product page is calculated from the star ratings of that product published at the time.
6.2. All published positive, neutral and negative ratings are counted equally. Only unpublished ratings, removed ratings, ratings temporarily withheld for moderation or ratings not linked to a specific product are excluded from the displayed average.
6.3. Reviews may be displayed in chronological order or according to the sorting function selected on the Website. The sorting method does not change the number of stars given by the author.
7. Rights of the review author and licence granted
7.1. The author of a review retains the copyright and other rights belonging to them in the content they have created.
7.2. By submitting a review, the author grants UAB “NANO GO” a free, non-exclusive and territorially unlimited right to store, technically display and publish the review on nanogo.lt and in official NANO GO communication channels for as long as the review is lawfully published, preserving its meaning and context.
7.3. We may quote a publicly published review in NANO GO informational or promotional material only while preserving the author’s opinion, the essential context and the actual verification status. We use attached photographs or other content that clearly identifies the author in advertising only with the author’s separate permission.
7.4. By submitting a review, the author confirms that they have the right to submit its text and any attached photographs or other content, and that such content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
8. Personal data and publicly displayed information
8.1. Publicly, next to a review, the following may be shown: the display name or initials chosen by the author, the date of the review, the star rating, the text, submitted photographs and, where applicable, the verified purchase label.
8.2. The email address, order number, phone number and other data used to confirm the order are not published publicly.
8.3. Personal data is processed in order to administer, verify and publish authentic reviews, prevent abuse and, where necessary, make contact regarding a submitted review. Detailed information about the legal bases, storage periods and personal rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.
9. Correcting or removing a review and reporting a violation
9.1. The author of a review may request the correction or removal of their review by email info@nanogo.lt. The request should indicate the product evaluated, the display name, the approximate date the review was submitted and other information allowing the review to be identified.
9.2. Upon receiving a request, we identify the review and assess whether we can correct or remove it. If there is no legal basis for retaining it further, we remove the review. Minimal data about the removal may be retained for as long as necessary to administer abuse or legal claims, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9.3. You can report a potentially false, unlawful or misleading review, or one that breaches these Rules, by email info@nanogo.lt. We will assess the report and, if necessary, temporarily hide the review, request additional information or remove it.
9.4. A review may also be removed without the author’s request if it later transpires that it is false, unlawful, misleading, submitted in breach of these Rules or infringes the rights of third parties.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The Company may update these Rules following changes in the legal acts, Website functions or review administration processes. We always publish the current version on the Website.
10.2. Amendments to the Rules do not change the number of stars, the author’s opinion or the meaning of a previously submitted review.
10.3. Matters not addressed in these Rules are governed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
