We know our product range and provide personal guidance to our customers. Our aim is not to recommend the strongest or most expensive product, but the one best suited to the specific surface and task.

Who is NANO GO Lithuania?
NANO GO Lithuania is not a faceless retail chain or an automated marketplace simply reselling products. We are a family-run business based in Lithuania, communicating directly with our customers every day, answering their questions and helping them solve real cleaning and surface care challenges.
Representing the NANO GO brand in Lithuania involves much more than selling products. We prepare information in Lithuanian, clarify instructions for use, oversee product labelling and safety information, and help customers understand which product is suitable for their needs and which one should not be used.
The advantage of a small family business is our ability to consider each situation individually. When an answer is not immediately clear, we first assess the product’s intended use, the properties of the surface and the available technical information instead of offering a convenient but unsupported promise.
Why is there no single product for every task?
Different types of dirt have different properties. Limescale is not the same as grease. Grease is not the same as burnt-on food residue, rust marks or road contamination.
Surfaces also differ. A product suitable for glass or ceramic tiles may not be suitable for natural stone, unprotected metal, leather, textiles or automotive paintwork.
For this reason, we do not present one product as a universal solution for every situation. We help customers choose from the NANO GO range according to three main factors:

How do you choose the right product?
Assess the surface
Glass, ceramic, plastic, textile, leather, metal, natural stone and painted surfaces may react differently to cleaning products. It is important to know not only what you want to remove, but also which surface you are removing it from.
Identify the type of dirt
Limescale generally requires a different product from grease, while routine maintenance requires a different approach from old, heavily ingrained deposits. A stronger product does not always deliver a better result.
Distinguish cleaning from protection
A cleaner removes dirt. A maintenance product helps preserve the condition of a surface. An impregnation product or coating creates an additional protective layer. Before applying protection, the surface usually needs to be thoroughly cleaned, degreased and dried.
Consider the sensitivity of the surface
Particular care is required when selecting products for acid-sensitive natural stone, unprotected aluminium, copper, brass, zinc, delicate painted surfaces, leather and textiles of unknown composition.
When in doubt, we recommend testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area or contacting us before use.
The result depends on more than the product itself
Even a correctly selected product may not deliver the expected result when used incorrectly. The outcome of cleaning, impregnation or surface protection depends on the entire process.
Correct dosage
Using more product does not necessarily improve its performance. Concentrated products should be diluted according to their intended use, while ready-to-use products should not be mixed with other products unless explicitly instructed.
Contact time
Some products need time to soften or loosen dirt. However, the product should not be allowed to dry on the surface unless the instructions specifically state otherwise.
Suitable cleaning accessories
Sponges, cloths and brushes must be selected according to the surface being cleaned. An accessory that is too abrasive may scratch the surface even when the cleaning product itself is suitable.
Surface preparation
The performance and durability of impregnation products and coatings depend on the cleanliness, degreasing and dryness of the surface, as well as the application conditions and curing time.
Nanotechnology where it delivers practical value
The word “nano” in the NANO GO name does not mean that every product works in the same way or that the same technology is used in every formulation. The composition and operating principle of each product depend on its specific purpose.
Nanotechnology and other advanced surface care solutions are used where they can provide practical benefits: helping to form a thin protective layer, providing hydrophobic or oleophobic properties, improving coating adhesion or making subsequent surface care easier.
A hydrophobic coating can help a surface repel water more effectively, while a correctly selected ceramic coating can reduce the adhesion of dirt. However, no coating completely eliminates the need for cleaning and regular maintenance.

Clear information instead of vague promises
For each product, we aim to provide clear information about its intended use, application method, suitable surfaces, important limitations and safety requirements.
We do not try to present one product as suitable for every situation. Nor do we claim that the strongest cleaner is always the best choice or that a protective coating completely eliminates the need for surface maintenance.
When a product is not suitable for a particular surface or application, that information should be clearly visible. It is more useful for a customer to understand the limitations of a product in advance than to deal with the consequences of an unsuitable choice afterwards.
Safe and responsible use
Cleaning and surface care products must be used according to the instructions provided on the label and in the product description. Different chemical products must not be mixed without explicit instructions.
When using concentrated products or products with a hazard classification, follow the precautionary instructions on the label, use the required protective equipment, ensure adequate ventilation and keep the products out of reach of children.
The label and safety information of the specific product always take precedence over general advice.
