For exterior car care, it is important to choose the product according to the surface and task. Bodywork, glass, wheels, plastic, tyres and metal parts may require different cleaners, preparation products or protective coatings.

When should you choose a cleaner, and when a nano coating?

Choose a cleaner when you need to remove dirt, road film, insect residue, grease, wax, bitumen, glue marks or other surface contamination. Before applying a nano or ceramic coating, the surface should be properly prepared: clean, dry, degreased and free from old product residue.

A nano or ceramic coating is useful when you want additional surface protection, a hydrophobic effect and easier future maintenance. For glass, water run-off and visibility in rain are important. For bodywork, easier washing matters, while wheels and plastic surfaces benefit from simpler everyday care.

For car glass, choose glass cleaners, polish-type cleaners or glass nano coatings. For bodywork, use washing, preparation and protection products. For wheels, aluminium, tyres or exterior plastic, choose products designed for that specific surface.

Always follow the instructions of the specific product before use. If the surface is sensitive, painted, lacquered, previously coated or of unknown composition, test compatibility first on a less visible area.
