Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, creating an account is not required. All order-related information will be sent to your provided email address.
I want to pay for the goods upon collection.
Solution:
Payment upon collection at a parcel locker (by card) or to the courier (by card or cash) is only possible by emailing us, replying to the order confirmation email, or calling +370 618 46400. The carrier charges a €0.80 fee for this service. We will manually update your order, add the €0.80 fee, and send you the invoice.

I added 1 product to the cart, but the checkout page shows two or more units.

1. If you previously browsed the website and added a product to the cart, it will remain saved. Clicking “Add to cart” again will add another unit.
On the cart page, enter 1 (or your desired quantity) in the “Quantity” field and click “Update cart”.
2. You can also completely remove the product with the incorrect quantity and add it to the cart again.

When shopping on the website, make sure you are at nanogo.lt. Automatic payments are processed through secure platforms: Montonio, Makecommerce, Paysera, Stripe. These platforms redirect you to your bank and ensure secure payment.

A company is purchasing – will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is issued automatically. Enter the correct company details on the checkout page.
If you made an error during checkout – reply to the confirmation email with the correct details, and we will correct it.
