Terms and Conditions

Attention!!! During the cold season, please collect your parcel from the locker ON THE SAME DAY you receive the SMS notification from the carrier.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of the online store https://nanogo.lt (hereinafter – Terms) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller – UAB “NANO GO” (hereinafter – Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of both Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be informed of any changes on the online store website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates and submits an order in the online store after reviewing these Terms.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store, or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services under the conditions set out in these Terms.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products purchased by the Buyer according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer, in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the products ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment within 3 business days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided in clause 5.2 of these Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment within 5 (five) business days from the date of receiving the returned product.

4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the products are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the products have been sent to the Seller – whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the online store in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.

5.3. The right described in clause 5.2 may only be exercised if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not substantially changed, and it has not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased products and accept them in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the products at the time of delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the return shipping costs upon the Seller’s request.

6.3. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and products together with the Seller or the delivery person.

6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.

7. Product Prices

7.1. Product prices in the online store are displayed in euros and include VAT. After confirming the order, the delivery fee is added to the total amount (if applicable).

7.2. The company may provide a discount code / coupon. A discount code is a unique combination of letters and/or numbers that allows you to purchase products at https://nanogo.lt with a discount. Each code may offer different discount amounts, be valid for the entire or partial product range, have different validity periods, and other conditions. In certain cases, if the cart total does not reach the minimum of €20, the discount code may not apply. Discount codes do not apply to products marked “Sale” or “Clearance”. Discount codes can be obtained during promotions organized by UAB “NANO GO” or partners.

Applying a discount code: add products to your cart, go to the cart page, enter the code in the “Discount code” field, then click “Apply”. Discount codes cannot be combined – only one code can be used per purchase.

8. Ordering and Payment

8.1. The Buyer visits the online store, selects products, and adds them to the shopping cart. After completing the cart, the Buyer enters the information required to fulfill the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number (mandatory in +370 format), and any additional information relevant to delivery. The Buyer selects the shipping method from the list of carriers. If the shipment is sent to a parcel locker / pickup point, the Buyer specifies the carrier and locker. The Buyer confirms having read these Terms and submits the order.

8.2. Payment can be made using online banking from all banks registered in Lithuania and Visa / MasterCard cards. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed through Montonio, Stripe, MakeCommerce, Paysera.lt, PayPal platforms – according to the Buyer’s choice.

8.3. If automatic payment fails, contact us at +370 618 46400 or by email ng7@nanogo.lt. We will send you a secure direct payment link (e.g., https://payment.maksekeskus.ee/pay/…) based on your cart and VAT invoice. Bank transfer payment: Recipient – NANO GO, UAB; Bank – UAB Paysera LT; Account – LT38 3500 0100 0447 4832. Before paying, verify that all payment details are correct.

8.4. Cash or card payment upon delivery (COD, to courier or at parcel locker) is only available by prior arrangement at +370 618 46400. Additional carrier fees for cash collection apply.

9. Delivery

9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address or select a parcel locker and provide the recipient’s phone number.

Phone number format: +3706xxxxxxx or 06xxxxxxx. 86xxxxxxx – NOT VALID.
If an incorrect or improperly formatted number is provided, the shipment may not reach the Buyer. UAB “NANO GO” is not responsible for undelivered shipments or other losses caused by incorrect contact details or delivery address.

9.2. Products are delivered to Venipak, Omniva, Unisend / LP Express parcel lockers or by courier – according to the Buyer’s choice.

9.3. For orders of €50 or more, delivery to Venipak and Unisend / LP Express parcel lockers is free**. When the cart total exceeds €50 (excluding shipping), only the “Delivery to Venipak or Unisend / LP Express” option is shown on the cart page – no shipping cost is displayed.

9.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the carrier services selected by the Buyer for delivery to the specified parcel locker. Due to technical issues, the carrier may deliver to a different nearby parcel locker.

9.5. The Buyer must personally accept the products. If the Buyer cannot accept the products but they are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, claims regarding delivery to an unauthorized person will not be accepted.

9.6. The Seller dispatches products within 1–2 business days according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer.

9.7. If the Buyer fails to collect the shipment from the parcel locker / terminal within the carrier’s storage period due to their own fault, the shipment is returned to the Seller, and this is considered a fulfilled purchase agreement. Reshipment is possible only by agreement: the Buyer pays for the return to the Seller (courier) and reshipment costs 9.50€. New shipping method chosen by the Buyer. Carrier rules: Omniva, LP Express / Unisend, Venipak.

9.8. The Seller is released from liability for deadline violations if products are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., incorrect contact or delivery details) or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

9.9. The Seller is not responsible for undelivered products if the Buyer provided an incorrect delivery address or phone number at the time of purchase.

9.10. The Seller packages and dispatches products according to carrier requirements and is therefore not responsible for undelivered or damaged products due to carrier fault.

9.11. All product characteristics are listed in the description of each product. Due to monitor characteristics, the actual color, shape, or other parameters of products may differ from what is shown on screen.

9.12. Product appearance, packaging, and labels may differ from images shown in the online store – depending on the production batch.

9.13. Product color or scent may differ from descriptions – depending on the production batch.

9.14. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase agreement, all amounts paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded as long as the product has not yet been dispatched.

9.15. Courier or parcel locker delivery to Neringa municipality (Nida, Juodkrantė, Smiltynė), postal codes 93100 to 93130, is ONLY AVAILABLE WITH LP EXPRESS / UNISEND.

10. Returns

10.1. Quality products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective products are repaired, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. When returning products, the following conditions must be met:

10.2.1. The product must be in its original, intact packaging (does not apply to defective products);
10.2.2. The product must not be damaged;
10.2.3. The product must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) – does not apply to defective products;
10.2.4. The product must be of the same configuration as received by the Buyer (does not apply to defective products);
10.2.5. The Buyer pays for return shipping costs of quality products;
10.2.6. The Seller has the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met;
10.2.7. Returns are processed according to the method determined by the Seller within 14 days of product receipt (for defective products – within the statutory warranty period).

10.3. Returns and exchanges of products of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code.

10.4. For products accepted by the Buyer but later refused, the payment (minus shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days from the return of the product to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Product Packaging

11.1. To conserve natural resources, UAB “NANO GO” may use secondary packaging and other previously used materials for shipment packaging and filling gaps.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.2. These Terms and the relationship between the Parties are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.4. The Parties are released from the fulfillment of obligations if this is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Parties’ control (force majeure).
