Feedback and Rating Management Rules
These Rules for managing reviews and ratings (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) establish the procedure for collecting and publishing reviews about purchased goods or services from buyers or service recipients on the Website https://nanogo.lt, owned and administered by NANO GO, UAB, a private limited company established and operating according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 301790842, registered address: Tilžės g. 171-71, LT-76205 Šiauliai, Lithuania.
1. Definitions
“Review” – means a written opinion of a buyer who has purchased a product on the Website.
“Company” – referred to in these Rules as “Company”, “We”, or “Our”, means NANO GO, UAB.
“You” – referred to in these Rules as “Your” or “Buyer”, means the person who uses the Website, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Website.
“Rating” – means the buyer’s assessment of a purchased product on the Website, expressed using a five-star system.
“Unverified review” – means any opinion posted on the Website whose authenticity or validity cannot be verified by https://nanogo.lt.
“Website” – means the website accessible at: https://nanogo.lt
2. General Provisions
2.1. Reviews submitted by buyers on the Website are administered, stored, and published by https://nanogo.lt.
2.2. The Company is not responsible for the information, opinions, discrepancies, inaccuracies, or errors contained in the reviews posted on the Website, nor for any negative consequences to the user arising therefrom, except for information provided by the Website itself.
2.3. The Company implements technical solutions to ensure that individuals who submit reviews and/or ratings about a product are actual buyers of the evaluated product.
2.4. For the purpose of identifying a person based on the submitted review and/or rating, and to allow users to become acquainted with the experience and opinions of buyers who have purchased products on the Website, https://nanogo.lt processes the personal data submitted by the buyer. 2.5. Issues not covered by these Rules are regulated by the laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Writing and Posting Reviews and Ratings
3.1. All reviews (negative and positive) and ratings about products, services, your experience, and opinions sold on https://nanogo.lt are published in accordance with these Rules.
3.2. Reviews are published only from customers and buyers who have actually purchased or used the product from https://nanogo.lt.
3.3. A review will not be published if its content is: unrelated to our products or services; contains advertising; is politically sensitive; encourages illegal activity; violates others’ privacy; or encourages cruel treatment of animals.
3.4. Reviews must not contain offensive, demeaning, or hate-inciting language.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. By submitting a review on the Website, you grant us full rights to the content of the review, which We may reproduce, delete, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute.
4.2. The Company has the right to change, correct, and supplement these Rules in accordance with the procedure established by applicable legal acts. Changes to the Rules take effect from the moment of their publication.
